#Weightloss gone Social….

Here we go again at yet another attempt of Weight Loss…. Starting tomorrow August 1st I will begin my Social Media Weight Loss.

For the month of August, I will be working on my eating habits but cutting out or down on a lot of the bad habits that I have along with going for walks around the neighborhood.  Starting in September I will incorporate the gym a few times a week.

My goal will be 10lbs a month and I will post weekly updates on this blog as well as random updates (walk distance/time, some things I eat/drink etc.) on my Twitter (@SGiuffreJR).

I will be posting other things on this blog as well, so if you are only interested in this Weight Loss update, you can choose Social Media Weight Loss on the right hand side in the drop down for Category.
