Dinner:
— Chilis Shrimp & Classic Sirloin w/ Broccoli & Black Beans

Snacks:
— Kellogs Nutri-Gram Cereal Bar – Blueberry, 120 Calories, *WW 3PPV
— Keebler Fudge Shoppe Mini Brownies, 100 Calories, *WW 3PPV

Gym:
— Tredmill – 45 Minutes, 2.62 Miles, 433 Calories Burnt

    It’s funny because once you get a few weeks of eating like this it becomes easy.. I just don’t get why we don’t just keep this a way of life. I just got done reading an article saying that “snacking” is the cause of America’s obesicity.. I believe it because if we are not keeping track like we are you can see how things get out of hand… All we are doing now differently is logging things and making smart choices.. Pretty easy if stuck too..
