Day 6 wasn’t too bad… I wish I could have done more cardio but it was about a 12 hour day shift at work and last thing I wanted to do was be at the gym.

Breakfast:

Dinner:
— Half of a Chicken Wrap
— Lemon Lime Seltzer Water

Snacks:
— Weight Watchers Strawberry Yogurt, 100 Calories, *WW 2PPV
— Kellogs Nutri-Gram Cereal Bar – Blueberry, 120 Calories, *WW 3PPV

Gym:
— Tredmill – 30 Minutes, 1.61 Miles, 315 Calories Burnt
