Day 5 – Not a Great Day

The  day itself was a great day but for the diet it wasn’t too good. My plan of going to the gym first thing in the morning didn’t really work out. But walking around the beach and then again at night helped out.

#DAY5 – 6/26/2011

Breakfast:
— Hospitality Toasted Oat Cereal, 120 Calories, **WW 3PPV
— Medium Ice Coffee Black

Lunch:
— Bowl of Clam Chowder
— Glass of Water

Dinner:
— 1 Slice of Pepperoni Beach Style Pizza

Snacks:
— Quaker Rice Cake Snacks – Sweet Chili, 130 Calories, *WW 4PPV (18)
— Powerade Zero – Lemon Lime, 0 Calories

Walk:
— 33 Minutes, 1.82 Miles, Approx 162 Calories (iMapMyRun iPhone App)

    I really see nothing wrong with this day at all… You had a good day at the beach and you held it together food wise… Having only a clam chowder at noon and 1 slice of pizza for dinner is not bad at all… You gotta live also.. Sounds like you had a great day & made good choices diet wise… We all know what you would normally have for food at a day at the beach.. So this was perfect…
