I was able to survive my first Fri/Sat night of the diet with no Alcohol. My Dinner however may have been a little to much but I was at a Wedding so I guess it is excusable.

— Medium Ice Coffee Black

— Smart Ones – Salisbury Steak, 230 Calories, *WW 6PPV
— 16.9oz Water w/ Crystal Light  Antioxidant Natural Cherry Pomegranate

— Buffett Dinner, Steak Tips, Chicken, Potatos

— Weight Watchers Berries n’ Cream Yogart, 100 Calories, *WW 2PPV
— 16.9oz Water

— Elliptical – 45 minutes – 2.20 miles – 571 calories burnt
— Tredmill – 45 minutes – 2.51 miles – 411 calories burnt
TOTAL – 1.5 hours – 4.71 miles – 982 calories burnt

    Seems like you did more than ok… With all the excersise you did it should be more than enough to cover what you had for dinner at the wedding.. Unless you went totally crazy.. If you did ok this day should not have an effect on your week….
