Plan of Attack

Welcome back to my BLOG… Not sure if anyone has looked at this year nor do I really care. This is more of a self-motivation help as I hope with these upcoming 155 days will help me loose quite a bit of weight.

As for my “Plan of Attack” it is quite simple…. I plan to cut out ALL the bad habits that I have.

  • Alcohol
  • Soda
  • Chinese Food
  • Unhealthy snacks
  • Ordering out for lunch everyday

Some other things I plan to do more is going to the gym and walking the neighborhood ALOT. I downloaded an app called “iMapMyRun” which will help me track the amount of miles my route is and the time it takes me to complete it.

I plan to post atleast ONCE a day with information regarding what it was I had for the day and the type of excerice I incorporated into the day as well. If anyone is indeed reading this BLOG please feel free to leave comments/tips.
